The Railway Accident Investigation Unit is part of the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport (DTTAS). 

As such it operates under the DTTAS privacy policy. Any queries regarding the privacy policy or data protection issues should be directed to the DTTAS Data Protection Unit.
